Like the Dominican Boa snake who strikes their prey, that’s how we feel about choosing the right cocoa bean – single minded in the pursuit of the perfect brew. We’ve hunted the globe and found the finest Single Origin Cocoa. Our travels have taken us to the Santo Domingo region in the Dominican Republic where the climate produces cocoa beans that deliver roasted almond and blood orange notes with a praline finish. Locally produced, we cut Single Origin Cocoa with fresh Australian full cream milk. No added sugar.

Where are our beans from?

Putting Australian specialty coffee on the map, we have travelled to the Atherton Tablelands region in far North Queensland, where the high altitude mountainous region makes for the perfect coffee terroir.

The Atherton Tablelands region is located just inland from Cairns in far north Queensland, Australia.

Australia is one of the major coffee consuming countries of the Oceania region with approximately 19 million Australians consuming at least one coffee a day. That means that Aussies as a nation consume more than 37 million kilograms of coffee a year. However of the 600 tonnes of coffee grown in Australia each year, only 0.5% is consumed within Australia.

The mountainous landscape makes for the perfect coffee terroir producing high grade coffee with unique flavour characteristics of the region.
